Soak in it. Host in it. Watch it glow at midnight. If TUBLIFE isn't for you within 30 days of delivery, we'll take it back and refund you in full.

How to start a return

• Fill out the return form below with your order number and photos of the spa, pump unit, and cover — we verify everything is in good condition from your photos. You'll get a return reference number right away.
• We reply within 1 business day with the return address and drain-and-pack instructions.
• Ship the spa back with any tracked carrier. Return shipping is paid by you — we recommend keeping the original box, which keeps the label cost down.
• Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the carrier delivering your return.

Damaged or defective items

If your spa arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we'll make it right with a repair kit, replacement part, or full replacement at no cost to you.

The fine print, plainly

No restocking fees. No "must be unopened" games — it's a home trial, we expect you to use it. The only cost to you is the return shipping label.
